How much does it cost ?
It costs US$100 and you get :
- 4 organised runs (or walks) which will include transport from selected locations to and from the run site
- 3 fully catered evening meals on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- all the beer, water, soft drink you can drink until the hash circle is closed
- a goodie bag with commemmorative t-shirts and other goodies
Why you have to register
You have to register by 31 October so that we know how many people are coming. If you front-up on the day un-registered and unpaid, you will cause many people pain, eyes will roll and we will wonder if we can accommodate you. Beer will have been purchased, food ordered, t-shirts made etc. etc. You will probably be accommodated but you will be punished severely. You risk a confrontation with Stain who may tan your buttocks.
If you really don't know whether you will make it, email and tell us. It just may save your butt.
How to pay
Firstly, we need some registration details like who you are, where you are from and how hungry you are (in order to determine t-shirt size).
We expect 3 categories of hasher to attend and there will be different options available to you depending on which category you fit :
- those who regularly reside in Dili and regularly go to hash
If this is you, please complete the registration form and hand $100 to hash cash. HashCash will give you a registration number. HashCash will start doing this from 1 September. Please do this at least ONE WEEK BEFORE the event and not on the day. - those who regularly reside in Timor-Leste but away from Dili (ie irregular visitors to Dili &/or hash)
If this is you, if you can not do (1) above, then we would prefer you arrange to shift the $ from your local bank account to the bank account provided in the registration document. - those from outside Timor-Leste
If this is you, we would like you to do an intenational bank transfer to the bank account provided in the registration form, unless of course you get to Dili by the end of October as part of more extended travels.
